Mystery Driver #69 was none other than Tom Corellis' brother in law, Wally Warburton.

a 2nd attempt (the staff at LVC, or the both of us, after a heated board
room discussion) decided to allow John Harper to get a thumbs up on
correctly identifying the #9 as Wally Warburton.
