Then Middletown sportsman regular Scott Dickie is at the wheel of his good looking #43 during the 1990 race of kings weekend.  Scott must have took a liking to the high banks, as he soon after called LV home in the Big Block division, piloting one of, if not thee first Bobby Hearn Teo Pro chassis at Lebanon on a weekly basis.
