The Back Story: 

Lee Osborne, shown here at a LV open event, was a racers racer.  He ran everything, anywhere, anytime, from these Modifieds, to Sprints & Supers and anything in between.  A master fabricator, the son in law of famed shoe Dean “Dutch” Hoag, Oz used to craft the successful OZ Car sprint chassis’ for many of the nations top sprint car drivers.
