Top Photo: Twenty Eight year old 1958 Lebanon Valley high point champion Jimmy Markle helps his case of being crowned the LV champ by stroking his #47 into victory lane that year.

Markle, who recently passed away at the age of 80 on April 11^th, 2010, is flocked by Lebanon Valley Speedway founder “Uncle” Lou Spanier and LV head flagger for many years, Teddy Ryan. (click here to see Jimmy's Obituary)
