The Back Story:
Ed Forfa sent
in this awesome photo of George in his #7 on an
opening Sunday afternoon win at
Thanks Ed and Charlotte. We would love to know more. Bottom Photo: Sent to us by Helen Forfa, George's youngest daughter. Helen told us her brothers George and Joe put the eyeball decals on the car and painted the red C-8. Thank you Helen. George Forfa's son George sent us a comment on the Bottom Photo: I know that the year was 1962 . I can tell from the dents in the car . The rear deck got crumpled in early 1962 . The C-8 was the first car that I ever actually worked on . I helped change out the entire driveline in 1961 . My dad had a thing for replacing everything important with heavy truck parts.
