A LVC visitor who goes by “A friend of LV”, sent in these classic shots of his Pal Fred Fischer in his too cool #16 mini stock.  I can’t tell you too much on the background on Fred, but I can say with confidence that the car went as good as it looked, and it’s a looker.  Gotta love the wing on top
