Looks like T.C. is taking a gander over at Jackie Wilson on this restart, possibly hoping to shake up whistling Wilson, as TC was famous for.  Probably didn’t work as Wilson scored 7 wins in a 2 year span from 71 to 73, a time in which this photo was taken,
